I think I received a returned item. The crate did not unfold as per instructions, it was in pieces the hinges were broken bent it’s like someone tried to put it together butchered it sent it back. UPDATE I had an amazing experience with customer service. They immediately promptly issued a replacement fedex came picked up the damaged one. I think these get damaged in transport easily because the new one was almost perfect, it just had a dent in the corner, for which I was offered another replacement but instead I asked for a credit back to which Wayfair agreed to.
