It took less than 30 minutes to build and it is solid, which is great because our dog is an escape artist! I was a little worried by the 1 star and 2 star reviews about the latching hardware not being good. PLEASE IGNORE THOSE! It is obvious that they missed an important step in the instructions regarding spring loaded latches for the inside of the left front gate. Recieved large dog crate in good shape. Directions were easy to follow and pretty easy to put together. Seems like there is plenty of room for my 67 lb collie to stretch out. The dog crate has two drawers at the top so you can store dog brushes, combs, leashes and things like that which is handy. There is also an open space between the two drawers for storage also. Seems like it is sturdy. Reason I gave 4 stars is because the latches don't seem to be real sturdy. I wish it had a tray in the cage, I think that would make it easier to clean.
