This thing is nearly perfect! We have three dogs that we kennel occasionally when we leave the house, and I was tired of looking at three wire kennels of different sizes spread throughout the house. I decided to splurge on this 95" furniture-style kennel console, and it's absolutely everything I wanted it to be! It's STURDY. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, and assembly wasn't nearly as daunting a task as I thought it was going to be. Ours did arrive with a pretty nasty scratch/scuff on one of the bottom boards (thanks to a pretty big gash in the box from shipping), but it's covered by a kennel pad/dog bed, so not visible and not worth fussing over. This is a great piece! It was a little bit of a challenge to put together (I mixed a few steps up). Between my husband and I we figured it out though. Great Pyrenees puppy (7 mos old) for size reference. It fits her comfortably. It has several options like a spinning foodwater dish (we didn’t install the food bowls because the baby would eat the dog food). But conceptually it’s nice to be able to crate and feed as needed. It also has three sides that open including an attractive sliding door and two ends that fully open. As you can see, the top serves as a changing station for us but could have multiple uses. I have been using this crate for a while now. I absolutely love it! I use it for my giant breed rabbits as it allows them to have plenty of space to move around and stretch out. The boxes arrived a bit beat up as usual, but the pieces inside were safe and well-protected. I absolutely love the style of this dog crate it has that vintage industrial look that makes it feel like a real piece of furniture instead of just a kennel. It was definitely a bit time-consuming to assemble, especially with the sliding doors, but it was totally worth it in the end. I really like it because there are times when I want my Frenchie to stay calm and in one spot, especially while I’m cleaning or passing the vacuum. It’s perfect for that and he seems very comfortable. To be honest, I think I would have liked a darker wood color better, but this one is fine for now and it still looks very elegant in the room. This is eye catching. It is a nice edition to my bed room where I was able to find a matching nightstand, and the dog crate for the other side of the bed. It was easy to put together and there were extra parts in case one was lost or not functional. The cage itself is not made for a dog that does not want to be in it. There is no metal on the inside, It is easy to use and my dog (miniature pincher) has ample room to stretch out or lay on his side. I am pleased with the purchase. It arrived in a box that was dented and broken (not the senders fault most likely the delivery co) BUT because the sender packs it tightly with lots of Styrofoam there was NO damage to any of the parts. And because they are meticulous with packaging very well nothing was missing. They take very good care in packaging the item to keep it from any damage or loss. If there is bad reviews it’s most likely people that do not know how to put things together or are expecting a designer piece for the price of a discount store item.
