Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult. These sconces are a nice size and very good quality. They are really cute, but in my bathroom the shade color looks a bit off. I would have given them five stars but the photos for these show them with warm, light tan-tinged glass shades whereas mine looked more of a hint of greenish-amber tones. Venice is known for many things, the canals, the plazas, and of course the cafes. Though founded in the mid-1800s, Cafe Venezia remains a functioning establishment to this day. This wall clock is a replica of one that hung behind the counter and is framed in a hand-painted steel antiqued copper rim and glass bezel. This is a very pretty clock. I got the one with the darker face...the black background. It is not as bright as it is pictured in the write up on the website. I do not think I would have bought it if I had seen it in person, but it is pretty, and I have it hung so I will keep it. I do love the pendulum. Some people had complained about loud ticking...I hear no ticking at all. It keeps good time. I think you would like it, just be aware it is not a bright clock. Perfect for a den or a study.
