The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Wayfair had the best price in town on these garage cabinets. They came almost fully assembled. The only thing I had to do was put the legs on the bottom in the shelves inside. There is a major drawback in these tables. I didn't expect them to be too sturdy. Bought them to use for wallpaper plastering. So the issue is that the table tops are made of painted thinnest possible wood fiber material (Fibrex). You can't do anything on the surface without the risk of breaking them. They would absolutely fail in contact with water. I expect them to swell and warp the first time water gets to the edge of the table top inserts inside the aluminum frame. Now I am thinking that I will have to take this thing apart and figure out my own alupanel or plastic material for the table top. wasn't going for a DIY project.
