I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. We were missing a couple parts I contacted the company and they made it right. It’s not waterproof in the least. But the worst part is how low it is. I hit my head ALL THE TIME!! Especially when I enter or exit the shed. Other than all of that it’s actually pretty nice. And pretty huge. It wasn’t that hard for us to assemble. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I purchased my shed in October. Unfortunately with the weather change I could not have it assembled until early April, come to find out the included T lock is defective and does not lock the shed. Because I am past the 30 day product window, I am told there is no resolve from company, so I have to purchase a lock to replace and have handyman return.
