Love the Green House but don"t ask how the shipping went - give it a 1 - missing boxes, had to re-order and then that started a whole other experience from HELL. then don't ask how their customer service went from there, TOTAL DISASTER. I just put it together over the weekend and I have not installed the door yet. My first impression was the wood was brittle and prone to cracking. One of the window frames was cracked on delivery and I had to glue it together. I put it together by myself with some help from time to time. You have to be handy! This is a very nice kit. The most challenging thing in assembly is determining whether the instructions were showing the front or the back of the assembly. We replaced our EAGLE PEAK pop up greenhouse with this wood greenhouse last fall and could not be happier. All the parts needed to be sanded in order for them to fit together properly. The directions were definitely lacking in detail. Luckily my husband is good at figuring out puzzles. Love the Green House but don"t ask how the shipping went - give it a 1 - missing boxes, had to re-order and then that started a whole other experience from HELL. then don't ask how their customer service went from there, TOTAL DISASTER. Nice looking greenhouse. It took about 2 afternoons to put together, but could have been done in one day. Mostly put it together myself, but I did need a second person when connecting the walls together. The instructions are visual and every part is numbered in the order that you assemble them which is nice, HOWEVER the instructions for assembling the roof were impossible see with the diagrams given, it says to put in a bunch of screws, but not which part you are screwing into, or how those pieces go together kind of important information! I had to zoom in on pictures of the finished greenhouse on Wayfair to try and guess how the pieces went together, wasting a lot of time, and still end up putting one piece backwards, requiring me to backtrack and redo that part. I even contacted the manufacturer for help using the email on the instructions, they did get back to me, but by that time I had it sorted. And yes I put the roof on crooked, that part is on me. The other thing I should note is that the hardware for the door is very thin metal, I don't think it will hold up very long, especially with the tiny screws used for the hinges, so this will eventually need to be replaced. Several pieces of the wood panel were also warped, but I managed to get them to fit. Overall, good value for the price, about what I expected, it's not the most solid structure, but I am building in shelves and a work table which will reinforce it.
