The storage cabinet is decent for the price. It's a substantial piece of furniture without being too heavy. The cabinet is made out of fir wood and has a distinct smell to it like a fir tree. the bookcase is great. the color is slightly off from the pictures but i expected that based on reviews and it matches my other furniture as a result. maybe have more ergonomic philips head screwdriver ready because the one it comes with hurt my palm quite a bit. only complaint is the mechanism to keep the bookshelf from tilting was confusing. im just going to get a different earthquake strap.. Looks like good quality, and a statement piece in our living room. It’s manufactured wood, and pretty easy to put together. Took about an hour with two people. The back piece is very flimsy and when moving it, it’s not super sturdy. Although it is very heavy and will take two people to move it. Good quality for the price and works well for the room..
