Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. The clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. The machine itself is very quiet… I have probably run about 100 loads on it already and I never hear it. Whereas my old machine was super loud when it would spin the clothes dry. The appearance of the machine is also super sleek with touchscreen buttons. I apologize for how messy my laundry room is as it is not fully renovated yet🤣 but once it is, the machine is going to look as modern as the room it’s in. The auto massage programs always default to medium. We are senior adults and found this to be too strong. Learning how to get it turned down to low and widen the SI track took some discovery. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization.
