The full body massage chair is not exactly what we expected. It seems to be larger than needed for us. I have tried laying it flat on the bed. I have a bad back so didn’t really want to use it on the floor. The controller and instructions are confusing. You basically have to just play with it until you figure out what is good for you. I tried it on a bed, the top part does slip. I am not sure if it would be better on a chair or a recliner. I plan on trying that soon. When you first lay on it (off) it is hard. You feel all the balls in it. So be sure to position it where you want the massagers. They may be to powerful for some. It’s not bad and I will try on a chair soon. So far, it worked fine. Nice looking brown chair with rose gold color metal on it. Easy to connect blue tooth. No assembly. well packaged. There are things that should be in the instruction booklet that aren't. The auto massage programs always default to medium. We are senior adults and found this to be too strong. Learning how to get it turned down to low and widen the SI track took some discovery. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization. I was genuinely excited to find this warmer! I live in an old house (120yrs old), it’s so drafty even on spring nights. I popped my blanket in for 30min and when I took it out for my sofa nap.. I’m very happy with this Bedsure heated blanket. I got the queen sized blanket. It has dual controls so that you can have different temperatures on each side which is perfect. At first I didn’t think it heated up “enough” but oh my after a bit it was very toasty! It is a smooth gray velvety texture on one side and the other is a nubby white color. It’s actually warm even without the heat. Size-wise, I have a queen bed and got the queen size. Sometimes you can get a brand that seems undersized but not this one.
