Assembling the first chair will be a little slower, but assembling a chair later will be very quick. There are bolts on the bottom of the chair to adjust the height, so if you assemble it and find that the chair isn't smooth you can adjust the height by using this bolt. I absolutely love this bed frame. The packaging for delivery was excellent. No dents, tears or scratches. It took a minute to understand the instructions but not too difficult.
