The reason I didn't give a better score is because 6 of the 7 planks were the exact same style with only one having some dark in it. I only ordered one box, so it would have looked very odd had I decided to install. I would rate these shades as ok as I was a bit disappointed in them. They are not pure white, they are more of a winter white. The light filtering part is not as sturdy as I would hope, it's easy to poke a hole in them if you accidentally bump them with a finger. They room darkening half of the shade is much more substantial and works as expected. I was hoping that the light filtering part would have been like the shade this one replaced.
