My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process.
