Used this tile in our basement remodel to go around the bar and the fireplacetv insert. I love the rich blackness and it does have sort of a leather look. The only issue is finding a grout color that is dark enough to get the look as advertised. I used a midnight black and as you can see it still wasnt black enough. Looks more gray against this rich black tile. So Im looking into a grout colorizer that is darker to go over the existing grout. I suggest making your grout lines as thin as possible. As you can see we didnt stagger the tiles as I think lining them up either vertically or horizontally gives it more of an modern look. The deliver came quick and i suggest getting more than you need just in case. Overall Im happy, but will be happier once I color over the grout lines.. Lisa. IL. Sun Dec 14 2025
