We didn't want to scratch our freshly painted cabinets, so we just left the screws sticking out, which is not ideal. Overall this is just what I needed to cover my pumpkin patch. For my area that can have high winds, I purchased rebar u stakes. The stakes that come with this I do not think would keep it grounded.
