This took about 3 hours to set up with two adults and a kid grabbing parts. Easier if you have a drill with a screw head and a hex head. If you follow the directions slowly and make sure you align parts as you go perfect it turns out great. The only hard part was getting the final back covers on was on the carpet and would have been easier. The balls are pretty lightweight and they will fly around if the kids roll them too hard. Nice shoe cabinet. There was one missing bolt and Wayfair was quick to respond and sent several replacement parts. My flat shoes, like Keds fit good. Four to five pair per compartment. My husband’s shoes don’t fit very well. Only two pair per compartment. We added legs to make it sit up higher than our baseboard trim for a closer wall fit.
