The toilet arrived well packaged and included all the necessary parts and clear installation instructions. One thing to note is that it is very heavy, so I highly recommend having a second person available to help remove it from the box and move it into place. We have not installed it yet, so I will update this review after installation and use. That said, my first impression is very positive. The design is beautiful, the height feels comfortable, and the fully skirted design is a feature I especially appreciate. Unlike traditional toilets with exposed contours and crevices, the smooth skirted sides help prevent dust, hair, and dirt from accumulating, making cleaning much easier. This Hibbent bidet is amazing. I have always wanted one and then I visited my best friend’s house and she had one and then I realized I needed this in my life. I was intimidated to install it myself but I took it on and it was easy. You will need a straight screw driver, adjustable wrench and teflon tape. Then just follow the easy to read instructions. It literally took me 15 minutes. I absolutely love it. The clean you feel is refreshing. Just remember that the water will be colder in the winter due to the supply lines being cold.
