I love that the hooks go from top to bottom so even my little one can reach to hang his coat up. And the shorter hooks on top are perfect for the endless stream of baseball caps. The basket at bottom easily fits 6-8 pairs of children’s shoes, probably 4-6 adult shoes. The “eyes” on the head are optional, so I chose to forego since it’s in our main entry way and not necessarily using as a “kids” decor item. When in use, you can’t even tell it’s an animal shape.
