Looks great and very solid construction. Would definitely purchase again. Description says real wood and it is real wood not particle or press board. Pine with a baked on finish which looks fantastic. Assembly is simple and the directions are straightforward. Everything aligned perfectly and it took about 45 min to assemble both boxes. Beautiful laundry room storage. I have to say each item I received was damaged but not to where I could not use it. The back does not stay on. I only got one to stay on. The problem with them with shipping. I received one that was so destroyed, I had to ship it back and that was a pain, but it did get replaced. This is not your ordinary laundry hamper. It is made from real bamboo and is such a rich brown color. My husband just loves it. It is very well made, the inner cloth liner fits snugly over thr edge and the band of bamboo holds it on so nicely. You dont even see the cloth liner when the lid is closed. I really like the lid lifting up and it stays up. It is not flimsy at all. It was very easy to put together. I would say 5 minutes is all it took.
