I found this shoe rack pretty easy to put together. In all it took us 40 minutes from start to finish. Even though it was easy to assemble, it will take two people. The hardest part was connecting them to fit one on top of the other. Pro Tip: The allen wrench is in the bag of screws. It is the same color as the screws, and we didn't see it at first. lol Now for the important part, we were able to fit 4 pairs of his low-top Jordans on each shelf and 3 pairs of his high-top Jordans on each shelf, but we had to lay them down (see photo) to get them to fit height wise.
