This is my first induction cooktop. Didn’t know what to expect, but I got to say, it is wonderful. It heats quickly and cooks evenly at different temperatures. The controls are easy to see and use. It has different settings, like simmering that works great. I really like the configuration of the controls as well. Did I mention how nice it looks on our counter, picture attached. When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. They’re metal, not chrome-coated plastic, so if you have pre-drilled holes that aren’t *exactly* the same spread as the ones in these pulls, you may need to make adjustments, as there’s zero give. First, I'm not sure this is quartz. It's matte finish, not polished like in the pictures and feels like some sort of composite. Worse, it's not 21" deep. It's 19" deep. This is a huge problem for me as it does not fit. My contractor built out the wall to make it fit, but it doesn't look so good.
