While this seems well constructed for having just received it yesterday and not yet using it. My cats were both exploring inside which was reassuring to me. Not pictured is the floor mat within, though I am still getting a crate pad or something because there is no cushion. This was easy to setup and seems it will be easy to break down for storage. HOWEVER... while the item is in new condition, I was sent a returned product and paid full price instead of out of the box price. In my photos I'm including the printed email return form that was included within the bottom of the fully enclosed box. I am not James and this order was placed May 19 not May 11, James paid $125.99 and I paid $122.33 at what was listed as NEW and not out of box. There was also no printed assembly instruction within, which yay for trees, but just provides further proof that I was sent a returned out of box item. My order ends in 715, James order ends in 605. I don't have the time window to return it for my needs and that's just bad for the environment, but Wayfair should make this right.
