Have had for about a month and love it so much! The turbo was is quick and cleans really well. Sheets do take longer to dry if using the bulky setting but doesn't if you use the regular setting. I recently purchased a new dryer and have been disappointed with both the design and overall performance. The biggest issue is the venting system. The vent connection feels poorly engineered, making installation more difficult than it should be, and airflow does not seem efficient. Even with a properly cleaned vent line, the dryer struggles to circulate heat effectively. Drying times are much longer than expected. A normal-sized load often requires two or even three cycles before clothes are fully dry, which wastes both time and energy. Heavier items like towels and bedding come out damp around the edges and need additional drying. The build quality also feels underwhelming for a new appliance. Some components seem lightweight and not very durable, especially around the lint filter and vent connection areas. For the price, I expected a much more reliable and better-designed product. Overall, this dryer has been frustrating to use due to the poor venting design, inconsistent drying performance, and excessive drying times. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe.
