Have had for about a month and love it so much! The turbo was is quick and cleans really well. Sheets do take longer to dry if using the bulky setting but doesn't if you use the regular setting. I do like the sidekick pedestal washer for small loads and when I spill on an article of clothing that I want to wash immediately. I had limited space for this appliance so I chose the vent-less apartment size version of the tower. The washing machine half works great. It's small capacity, but it fits my king size sheet set or a week's worth of my clothes so I am happy. The dryer is very slow to dry, likely due to the vent-less status. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes.
