Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I keep it down on lowest setting most of the time as I like a lower power bill. When I want to do my dishes or need to use more water, I hike it up and get the water really hot. Then I can add cold water and I have enough to do my dishes and then some! I turn it back down to the lowest setting after and I have warm water to wash my hands and such. Perfect heater for under sink! Easy to use. Pretty easy to install. The perfect sized heater for easy install and only need for sink you use for everything in the cabin. I had to kick this up to 5 stars because it is just what I needed to get my hot water in the cabin! Makes life so much easier in the country. This hot water heater does heat up 4 gallons of water that you can heat up to the max and add cold water so you have hot water for the entire load of dishes. Oh I am glad I got this one!
