It took 1 month to receive the tub. It was delivered damaged and took 2 weeks to have it removed from my driveway. It then took an additional 2 months from my original delivery date to receive the replacement. After many phone calls, I did receive some money off. Since I was replacing an older hot tub, the install was vey easy. Now that I have it up and running, I’m in it almost daily. I can’t say enough good things about this tub. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. This hot tub is perfect for our outdoor patio. Even though it's 3 person, you could easily fit a 4th in there. The jets are strong, it was easy for my electrician husband to hard wire straight from our electrical panel. It even has blue tooth speakers built in, which I did not realize when I ordered it. The water heated up really fast - like 4-5 hours, but I am in the south, so our ground water wasn't too cold. The delivery was professional and they put it exactly where I requested. Note - it comes crated/wrapped on a pallet, so either have hand trucks, dollies or pallet jack to move it to where you want it. Very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have an issue with the second pump on my brand new hot tub delivered by wayfair. The wayfair team is trying to assist but can not get in touch with the manufacturer. The hot tub itself is beautiful but if you aren`t handy and don`t know how to fix parts, I dont want the same thing to happen to you. The warranty is supposed to cover fixtures, repairs, and broken parts but will not be done if the manufacturer or all state protection does not answer. Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. This model does a good job overall at washing fabrics. It also has a nice look and a large capacity. I really like front-loading models because they seem to do a better job of washing clothes as well as larger items like comforters and sleeping bags. It is fairly quiet and has a sufficient number of wash cycle options. It also lacks features that I found unnecessary, like steam cleaning and a "towels" cycle. Easy to install and looks good in the space. I’m most impressed with the fan noise, at max speed it sounds like a table fan or similar to white noise and not like a steam engine like most range hoods. We love our hot tub! We purchased it at a wonderful price when it went on sale. It took 8 weeks to get it but it was worth the wait. We filled it and at the time the temperature was 57 degrees it took 6 hours to reach 102. We live in Michigan and it’s fall temperature around 60. The jets are wonderful and I love the different color lights. We got the mahogany with mahogany top. I love all the different setting options and find it extremely comfortable.
