Controls are pretty good, however are quite away under the hood. I love the filters as I can take them out and put them in the dishwasher for cleaning. This towel warmer is really nice and it works well. I like that it folds down to a nice compact size for storage. I will say I assumed the folding down for storage would be easier and that I would do it between each use, but it requires popping out the 4 supports and unscrewing the legs, so its a little too inconvenient for me personally to do each time.
