This towel warmer is really nice and it works well. I like that it folds down to a nice compact size for storage. I will say I assumed the folding down for storage would be easier and that I would do it between each use, but it requires popping out the 4 supports and unscrewing the legs, so its a little too inconvenient for me personally to do each time. I bought this item with some hesitation as it had no reviews. Getting it to my house was interesting - various delays in shipment and my efforts to speed it up had the very opposite effect. But Wayfair worked with me and it finally arrived. My contractor decided to install it as a free-standing tub in a shower (see pictures). Install was easy, but note, the best and possibly only way to get access to the motor if it breaks down is through the front panel. I've used it and love it. Jets are powerful and the size is just right. Warning: the inside is small. I am 5'5'' woman and I can either sit in it with straight feet, or go up to my neck but have to bend my knees. It is just the right size for my needs. Honestly I have not had a chance to have it hooked up since it was delivered just before the Holidays. But I will let you know just how much I like it when it is finally up and running. Happy New Year! Update. I am very happy with this little washer. Mine is only hooked up to the cold water line but if you connect it to a tap that has hot and cold water you could mix or use hot water. I personally think it washes as well with cold.
