I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! We added the WD405CS as the sidekick washer under our main unit washer, and it has been more useful than I expected. So far I have been using it to wash my husband’s caps and smaller loads that I do not want mixing in with everything else. It has been perfect for that. I like that I can run it at the same time as the main washer. It saves time, especially during busy weeks. The caps come out clean and still keep their shape, which was always a concern before. I have also tossed in delicates and everything has come out fresh. It is simple to use and feels sturdy. I honestly did not think we needed it at first, but now I am glad we have it.
