Love my new dryer. My old LG was slowly dying and taking forever to dry. This new one is quick and efficient. I like the fact that I do not have to fill a container anymore with water for the steam feature, which I use a lot. Having it able to connect to the LG App is really convenient. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. The pedestal is beautiful. But it's small. You can't fit a standard size laundry detergent bottle in it... The laundry hamper is a cool idea, but, nothing else fits in the drawer... So you only can keep an empty laundry hamper in the drawer?? Also mine shipped without an instruction manual (there isn't one online), no screws, and no clips.
