These Hevea butcher block countertops were just what I wanted for my new office. They were well packaged and arrived without damage. A few coats of matte poly were easy to apply. Nice smooth edges too so no additional sanding needed. They were less than half the cost of what I could get through my local big box DIY store. They’ve been installed a little over a month and I’m already seeing tiny scratches, which makes me nervous what they will look like a year from now… I thought these would be able to withstand our daily lifestyle Update I’m so upset that I went ahead and ordered more flooring after initially just doing my bedroom… I wanted to go throughout the house. However, these are soooo prone to scratches dings!!!! I have 3 kids, and our daily life is no match for these floors- a few months in and they are looking like they are 10 years old.
