This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. I ordered the faucet, filter faucet, air gap, and soap dispenser in Antique Gold. I waited until the final piece arrived before writing this review because I wanted to see the full set together. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the finish. The online photos made Antique Gold look much darker, richer, and warmer. In real life, especially in daylight, the finish is much lighter and reads closer to a pale satin brass or warm satin nickel than the deeper antique gold shown online. I tried to verify the finish before ordering, including calling the store, but I could not find the identical items locally to see in person. For such expensive pieces, the finish representation should be much more accurate. The photos are deceiving and do not properly show how light this color looks in normal lighting. I hope the products function well, but from a design standpoint, I am disappointed. I owned this same Rohl faucet for several years and when I finally had to replace it due to a plumbing problem that caused the unit to lock up, I came online to try to find the same one. This one is an updated model and it's just as beautiful as my previous model. The hand-held part os slightly less bulky than the older model. I have just one complaint. I think the new model has a water saver 'aerator' in it which makes me feel like I'm having to run water for twice as long in order to do what I'm doing.
