Have been wanting a bidet for a while and our bathroom is white, black and gray so I was super happy to find this one in black! It comes with many features including washing, drying, heating and also includes a night light and remote. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. This toilet functions as advertised. -The seat and water temperature are adjustable with the included remote. -The night light inside the bowl and surrounding the tank is a nice feature for night time. -The bidet works well and the nozzle length is adjustable with the remote. -The air dryer is a bit weak so it doesn't get you completely dry. -The auto flush feature is nice, flushing when stand up from the seat. It also has a button on the side you can push with your foot while standing. Installation was a bit confusing because the instructions talk about installing the toilet flange, but it doesn't include one. I used my old flange which was fine. It includes screws and some plastic mounting brackets that attach the bowl to the flange, which is a bit different than a standard toilet. It does include the wax seal, which is the main thing that keeps it sealed onto the drain. Overall, this toilet looks very sleek and modern. It functions well and I'm happy with it.. Julie. many problems with the order. When I've got the tiles they were advertised at a much cheaper price. The box supposed to contain over 31 sf. at $1.66 sf Instead the box has 10.7 sf. so the price per sf is much higher. If you add shipping charges this tile is almost $6.00 per sf. which is too high for a plain, not so great subway tile. The tile finish also lacks quality (spots). This tile is intended for outdoor flooring (I research the tile in the manufacture site) Cheap outdoor tile that you can get in Spain for around 1 euro per square METER! which is way bigger than a square feet.. This smart toilet and bidet is really a great addition to the bathroom. It was packaged very well and was a little difficult to get installed, especially since I had to run an electrical outlet two behind the toilet. But once it was all done, the toilet toilet works quite well and the controls are very easy to use. So far I love this bidet. It’s heavy duty and looks really nice! I wanted to show the difference in size between the standard size toilet and this bidet. The remote has a holder that can be mounted to the wall with screws or tape. Currently waiting on a plumber as the electrician just installed a GFCI outlet (which is a safety requirement for the bidet). I plan on updating this review upon completion of installation.. Becky. I’d give this white and gold smart bidet toilet an average rating overall. The design is modern and looks beautiful in the bathroom, but the setup process was frustrating. The instructions were confusing, disorganized, and oddly included a warning saying not to put it in a bathroom, which made absolutely no sense for a toilet. Installation took much longer than expected because of that. Another downside is how loud the lid is when it automatically opens and closes. It also makes a beeping sound every single time it opens, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to turn the sound off. Hearing the constant beeping during nighttime bathroom trips gets irritating pretty quickly. It’s not terrible, but it definitely has some annoying quirks that keep it from being a great purchase..
