I was specifically looking for a 24” x 24” square table for my small apartment, and this worked perfectly for creating a small dining area. The top feels solid, and I paired it with a table base from another seller since this is just the tabletop. The finish wasn’t quite what I expected, but it’s still nice overall. Also worth noting that only one side is finished—the bottom is unfinished. Mine looks similar to the darker wood shown in the first two photos. This is completely natural as we leave all of our wood in its natural state with no varnishes or lacquers. You can simply use high grit sandpaper to smooth it out and oil it again to bring it back to the new!
