This tub is very large and deep. The drain is high enough to get completely covered and it is long enough to lay all the way back. The material is some kind of stone so it is very heavy to move and get in place. This also gives it a cool stone feel when you’re in it. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. This bathtub is fabulous! It arrived well packaged in a wooden crate so no damage whatsoever. It has a very minimal look, which I love! It’s solid stone and weighs 400 pounds so make sure you have plenty of help moving it. We had it professionally installed so I can’t say if it was easy or not. I had looked in a few stores and online to find a backsplash for a bathroom vanity with a quartz countertop with veining. I finally found it on Wayfair and it matched perfectly, including the tone of white. It doesn't have a lot veining, but enough to make it look like it's part of the vanity. There should be a better picture on the Wayfair site because you can't see the veining well. I was worried that it wouldn't be a close match, so I was thrilled when I saw it on the vanity. Show stopping tub! This soaking tub is massive, heavy, beautiful and elegant with a modern flare. I am amazed at the quality and cannot wait to have it fully installed in my master bath wet room. The material feels so expensive and luxe. It is a delicate white with some sparkle when the light hits which makes it look like natural stone. The finishes come in chrome.
