Very nice hood for the price. Gives off a good amount of light but is a little loud at highest fan setting. Used this with the H155C Series 30" 286 CFM island range hood. We have cathedral ceilings and had to purchase the chimney extension; because of the angled ceiling, I had our contractor fashion a ceiling box to create a level surface for the chimney and chimney bracket and it worked great. Winflo carbon filters/charcoal filters are perfectly designed for ductless range hood installation. They are attached to the range hood blower to clean the air before recirculating back into the house. Ductwork is not necessary. Winflo carbon filters are the solution for the kitchens that don't have an exhausting duct option. This carbon filter fits Winflo some wall mount or island range hood. Please read range hood sticker near the motor to make sure the match.
