These fry pans just arrived today and once I unpacked them and held them in my hands I knew they were going to be used often . A few people kept suggesting a brand name starting with a " T " and ending with ramontina but , I kept leaning toward This brand ( WINCO ) not only for the economic value but , these pans look and feel just as durable as the other brand . I have used these pans for many years. As you know, non-stick last for a while, but these seem to last for years. I was first introduced to these pans while at chef school. Heating is even and uniform, non-stick is excellent, and they come with removeable insulated handle, should you want to finish under the broiler.
