I have used these pans for many years. As you know, non-stick last for a while, but these seem to last for years. I was first introduced to these pans while at chef school. Heating is even and uniform, non-stick is excellent, and they come with removeable insulated handle, should you want to finish under the broiler. I got these because they were some of the cheapest forks on wayfair, but am very pleased by them. They're a slightly shorter length than most forks (a plus for me) and very beefy.
