Wine vault came well packaged with no damage. Delivered to room of choice with no issues but you have to unpack it yourself. Vault is quiet and cooled 100 bottles to 55f overnight. These are the frames. You have to order the racks separately. Once you figure out the frame height based on your ceiling height, you will need to cut the frame to size. Then you can install the racks. Holes are not pre-drilled so you can essentially make any configuration you want. I ordered the 42 bottle configuration and it came in 2 separate racks. I think it was a 28 bottle rack and a 14 bottle rack that I just stacked one on top of the other and drilled into the frame. Bought longer nails because it comes with short ones.
