When we remodeled our master bathroom I didn't want to give up the giant soaking tub and replace it with just a shower. This bad boy is super deep with arm rests on each side and just the right amount of slope to lay comfortably back on my bath pillow. It's also sleek and smooth and easy to clean. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. We installed this 5 years ago on a remodel and had looked at the 9" depth in the store and decided on that one. We didn't realize right next to it was the 5" depth and when we went back to order at the plumbing store, accidentally just pointed the 5" depth out in a rush to get it ordered. When it arrived, the plumber pointed it out and said we would hate it and offered to return and reorder, but we had already waited 3 weeks for this one and were eager to be done with the remodel so we opted to keep it. We are 5 years in and wish we had paid more attention and listened to our plumber. The sink, while lovely and works, is not deep enough to counter splashing when washing hands, pots, etc. and so as a result the granite around the sink is already showing signs of hardwater stains that we will have to pay to have polished out.
