For the money.... I don't know why someone would spend $5-10,000 on a Viking unless you owned a busy restaurant and wanted to keep it 50 years. This has gas broiling in the main oven (not in the drawer)... the center burner is perfect for stir fry / Wok cooking, and the other burners have various sizes for your BTU needs.
