To improve the durability of the natural willow product, you may apply a coat of linseed oil for yearly maintenance. This product is 16" H. It consists of 8" H of woven area, and 8" H of legs. You will only see 8" of fencing, due to the legs being put in the ground.

These panels were the perfect edging for my English garden inspired landscape project around my dahlia beds. For installation, I would recommend getting a long drill bit just slightly skinnier than the legs on these panels and pre-drilling holes into the ground and then using a rubber mallet to tap them into place. Ok a little flimsy. The bigger ones worked well- the small ones broke almost immediately - I didn’t realize how small they were when I bought them- the bigger ones are definitely better for my purposes. I had two hanging on the front of my house for clematis they lasted through a MIchigan winter too- which is more than I can say for the clematis! Rustic split bamboo slat fences have been used for centuries in many regions of the world where bamboo is available. It can be used on its own or attached to cover a chain link fence for added beauty and privacy. They are inexpensive and easy to install. Bamboo slats or split bamboo fences are woven together with black nylon coated wire, as opposed to other split bamboo slat fences in the market that usually tie their fences with bare metal wire exposing unsightly metal and rust. The fence is semi-opaque, which provides some privacy. The unique color of the bamboo slats makes it one of the most gorgeous and striking, looking bamboo fences on the market today. The bamboo slats we use are about 1/2" wide. They are packed in a roll for convenience in shipping and setting up. Due to the natural material used, the color will vary and may not look exactly like the photos shown. These fences are not solid, and you WILL be able to see through them.

This bamboo fence panel was exactly what I expected. It came wrapped properly and was easy to open. I wasn’t looking for a heavy structural fence, since I already have a strong black gate — I wanted something natural to create a softer feeling of separation and privacy.
