I love this table it is a perfect fit for our entryway. It’s darker than the picture, it’s a richer, deeper walnut. The drawer is small so it’s not meant for storage but I purchased it mostly to place stuff on the shelves, so it served its purposes in that way. It’s easy to assemble, because the legs just need to be screwed in It’s sturdy and good quality. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. After searching several high end stores for end tables and not finding what we wanted, we found these. They were the simple style we wanted, perfect dimensions and the stain color was also what we wanted. They arrived on time and were easy to assemble, with one exception. There were no pre drilled holes in the legs where the bottom shelf attached to the legs with four screws. We struggled with the first table, barely getting the screws in without stripping them.
