Love the swing! The color is beautiful, and the construction is solid. We found it challenging to assemble (the predrilled holes weren't drilled all the way through, there were screws passing through the pre-drilled holes, so we had to remove the screws and cut them to clear the path for the bolts! The bolts did not "slide" in the holes as described so it took a lot of work to get them in place.) Overall, it took 2 of us about 2 hours to assemble and then there was a bit of height adjustment with the chains when we hung the swing. Now it's up and perfect! Comfortable and looks great:-). Three things to be aware of: (1) Many of the pre-drilled holes weren't drilled all the way through, so we had to drill them ourselves; (2) You need your own specialized tools (like a drill with a certain-sized square drill bit & two different size sockets); and (3) At least for us, the box arrived extremely damaged, with holes in the box. I've seen this chair in person at a consignment shop and thought it would be perfect for my space. I did some research and found it brand new for much less here. For a top grain product, the cost would be way out of our range, think 4K, and I wasn't willing to pay those prices. I do like the feel of this pleather,and hope it doesn't flake over the years, but even if it does, it feels great, is exactly perfect for my small space, and I love the smooth gliding and swiveling in-between the cozy reclining. The chairs are very beautiful and look very elegant. However, they do have some flaws. The sides did come with some leather damage. The legs had some nicks, and the back flap looks unfinished when the back is exposed to view. In my opinion the back could use some extra velcro to lay the flap flat against the chair. That takes away from the quality of this elegant chair, hence why I gave it a 4. This order also had some extraordinary delays in delivery. So, we had to wait more time than expected.
