Very happy with this purchase. For a dual hose air conditioner I think this is a good middle of the road option for places like where I live (nor cal) where humidity is not an issue. I did try to use a hose attachment which wasn’t readily available for this unit and it did leak. However the bottom drain works perfectly. The caveat with this machine is that you absolutely cannot lose the remote otherwise you cannot operate the unit. You can only turn on and off from the main unit but no operation. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws..
