Picture set I ordered was neutral light gray and white with the walnut frames, ocean photo was just as pictured. Frames were more of a cognac brown shade, but that matched my office chair nicely. Awesome hanging supplies included, although you have to be comfortable with do it yourself, I had to use a drill to attach the hangers to the back of the frames before hanging them on the wall. This light is so classic, I love the scones. They are narrow! They come with a tool to tighten the shade on. Keep that, dont throw it away.
