So far I am pretty happy with it. It came 1 week quicker than expected. It comes in 2 very long and heavy boxes and 1 slide. I highly recommend laying out and organizing all the parts ahead of time to save time. I built the steps and rock wall in 1 hour and I am having a friend come to help with the fort.i anticipate this part may take 5 or 6 hours max. I ordered a tree similar to this from Wayfair 9 years ago. I took it out of the bag this year and it was yellowing so i tossed it, figured it was time to purchase a new one. I ordered this tree and when I received it and opened the box it was more yellowed than the one I tossed. So I called Wayfair , had to send them pictures and at first they gave me a difficult time telling me I’d have to contact the manufacturer, there was nothing they could do. So I asked to be escalated up as I was having party in one week and needed the tree ASAP. They met my request and sent me a new one that came before my party. I am satisfied with the second tree. It wasn’t super expensive so i feel it was worth the money. I had to send back the other tree which was inconvenient but they paid for the return shipping.
