When tying the wire Simply inside the lamp be sure to have them all touching the main wire to assure the lampshade have the light up with the same brightness. There isn’t a ton of variability on how long the “drop” is for this chandelier, however that was not a problem for us, because we wanted it to function more as a semi-flush mounted light. The only tedious part is attaching all the glass bubbles. The light comes with extra bubbles just in case some break during installation which is nice, but we didn’t have that problem. There’s two different size bubbles, so I definitely over analyzed how I wanted them arranged (a me problem). I imagine it would look just as amazing no matter how you arrange them. It’s being hung tomorrow. I’m so excited! I am putting it in my hallway because it has really high ceilings and it’s the perfect spot for it. I love the simplicity of this light fixture. It lends itself to any design style. You can change your color scheme and paint and it will still look great. You can change your design style, for example, I change my relaxed coastal style to a mid century modern vibe and it works perfectly. I challenge someone to find a style that it doesn’t work with lol. Good luck with that. All in all, I’m very happy with this light fixture. I highly recommend it. As soon as it’s hung, I will update my review with beautiful pictures of it hanging in my hallway. The light was a lot bigger than i thought it would be and that’s great! I was worried it was going to be too small but no way! It’s substantial. Please note that installation can be a challenge. And sometimes the installation is more than the cost of the light. It’s important to know that so you’re not shocked when they tell you how much to hang it. Plus the electricians around here are flakes. The one who was supposed to come out cancelled on me four times so I’m on the hunt for a reliable electrician that will come out to a rural area.
