This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. We love it! The remote is handy and the timer feature is awesome. It is well-made and the as easy to install. We had to order a sleeve to slide it into, but it was very simple. I’ve had this mattress for about a month now and honestly, I didn’t expect to notice such a difference this quickly. The first couple nights felt a little different (in a good way), but after that I started sleeping a lot more consistently through the night. It’s supportive without feeling hard. I was worried it might be too firm, but it actually has just enough give when you lay down. I switch between stomach and side sleeping and it’s been comfortable for both. The cooling part is also not just marketing hype. I usually wake up hot at least once a night, and that hasn’t really been happening anymore. It doesn’t feel “cold,” just more temperature neutral.
