This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. These are fantastic. Went from chickens tipping over their bowls and/or draining them within hours, to cleaning and refilling twice a week or so. Also helps A LOT for chickens who never figured out the nipple waterer system (we love them but they're not the brightest birds, even for chickens LOL).
